Hatha Yoga-: Our Hatha yoga class is followed by traditional way of asana practice. It designed for all level of students whether they are beginner, intermediate or advance. We use the step by step practice method to build the strength and flexibility in the students to go deeper in their practice of yoga.
Meditation & Relaxation-: In meditation class we share different concentration techniques for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth like Chakra meditation, Kundalini meditation, Mantra awareness meditation, Breathing awareness meditation. As well as students learn the best relaxation technique “Yoga Nidra”.
Mantra/Ayurveda-: You will have few lessons of mantra where you learn How to create positive vibrations or energy with mantra yoga the definition, benefits and purpose of mantra chanting. Students will learn the correct way of chanting and importance of it in yoga class.
Ayurveda will be for a week where you will go through the main principles of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a system about right living and right eating. Ayurveda combines holistic assessment and diagnosis with diet, herbal medicines and yoga. In addition Ayurveda is concerned with achieving balance in mind and body by restoring the balance of the TRIDOSHAS or 3 elements VATA, PITA and KAPHA of which the body is made.
