Tanushree Rawat share the practice of Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Relaxation, Mantra And Teaching Methodology. She is one of the best teachers of yoga. She provides teaching of asanas, pranayama, meditation and other yoga forms with great precision and dedication. Having more than seven years of yoga journey to her credit, her acquired skills spells a new meaning through her teachings to the aspiring yogis. She did her post graduation in yoga from Sanskrit University in Haridwar and attained MSc in Yogic Science. She had also completed six months certificate training from Ved Niketan Ashram and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program from Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul. She had participated in many international seminars. In 2015, she was also invited as a speaker in California beauty and spa in Kazakhstan and also had been honored by the Embassy of India for actively participating in the First International Day of Yoga.
